Wall Wraps

No – as long as the wall wrap is installed and removed properly. We use high-quality vinyl with adhesives designed for wall applications. During installation, our certified installers ensure the vinyl adheres well without trapping air pockets or damaging the paint. When it’s time to remove or change the wrap, the vinyl can be carefully peeled off. Generally, it should come away clean. If a wall was already in poor condition (flaking paint or drywall issues), there’s a slight risk of minor paint lift, but this is rare. We recommend letting freshly painted walls cure for a few weeks before applying a wrap. Overall, wall wraps are meant to be a temporary or changeable decor solution and should not permanently affect your walls.

Wall wraps work best on smooth or slightly textured surfaces – like drywall, wood, glass, metal, or painted concrete. Very rough or porous surfaces (exposed brick, cinder block with deep grooves, heavily textured plaster) may not hold a vinyl wrap well. We do have special vinyl for some textures, and there are techniques for difficult surfaces, but we’ll evaluate your specific wall. Most indoor office/store walls are perfect for wraps. If you have a question about a specific surface, LRT will find a solution or advise on alternatives.

That’s absolutely fine. Our “wall wraps” are completely custom – you can cover an entire wall from floor to ceiling, or just a portion of it. We also produce smaller wall graphics or decals (for example, a logo decal behind a reception desk, or a set of graphics on multiple sections of a wall). The same high-quality materials and printing apply. Sometimes a well-placed partial wrap can have as much impact as a full wall mural, depending on design. We’ll help determine the right size and placement for your needs.

Yes, in some cases. We have vinyl materials specifically made for outdoor murals and building wraps. If you want to wrap an exterior wall or even windows on a building, we’ll choose a vinyl that can handle weather and UV exposure. Exterior wall wraps can be a great way to display large advertisements or public art. Keep in mind that very textured exterior surfaces (like brick) might require a special vinyl with heat application so it conforms to the surface. We will assess the project and let you know what’s feasible. LRT has experience with both indoor and outdoor large-format graphics, so you’re in good hands.
