Create. Inspire. Innovate. Motivate.

Create. Inspire. Innovate. Motivate.

These are important elements of the culture at LRT. Part of what makes LRT such a great place of business is its culture. Since this is a creative environment, there is a lot of room for creativity, spontaneity and fun right next to accomplishing our goals, hitting target project dates and exceeding our client’s expectations.

It’s important to remember the philosophy “Work Hard, Play Harder”. It is important to incorporate that mentality in our every day office culture.

Part of the environment at LRT is a family-friendly environment— kids, dogs and friends are not only welcomed but encouraged to stop by during the day, grab a drink and snack and say “Hi”. You must be thinking we have the coolest boss around, which we do ( he didn’t pay me to put that in there – I promise ), but that has nothing to do with why we have such a fun, relaxed and hard working culture here at LRT. It has to do with enhancing our productivity and creativity.

Did you know that taking a break can actually help your productivity and creativity in the work force? Incorporating an office setting culture that not only allows us to have fun, but encourages us to have fun, allows for a great success in our work ethics.

Nothings beats the ability to recharge and rejuvenate like having fun. Across the board you hear about the amazing culture at organizations like Google, Facebook, Hyatt, Hulu, LinkedIn, Yahoo and wonder how they can possibly have time to “have fun” and be productive. Well the secret is out, the happier your employers are the more likely they are to succeed. Give them an opportunity to take a break for a few minutes, and they will feel rejuvenated. Having fun is important, but so is working hard – the best part about a great work culture is that you not only have the luxury of enjoying yourself, but it also helps your productivity.
